Welcome to Threedom

Aspire. Apply. Achieve.

Threedom and Inclusion is inspired by three key words; Aspire. Apply. Achieve. We encourage people to:

  • Aspire to give everything a go and be the best you can be.

  • Apply yourself to the best of your ability.

  • Achieve your own ambitions and goals.

“Phoebe’s session really had an impact on me. Her approach to facilitation was perfect and she made everyone feel comfortable and seemed comfortable herself. It was a really good mix of sharing experience and knowledge and also inviting discussion and questions. I think the mix of seriousness and humour also worked really well.”

Threedom and Inclusion was founded by Phoebe Gibbons in November 2023. Phoebe, who has Cerebral Palsy, has always been passionate about inclusion, and particularly about disability inclusion. This passion and drive comes from years of experiencing exclusion, discrimination and negative assumptions people have made about her ability. Phoebe strongly believes that real, lived experience provides insight that can only come from people who have lived and breathed the challenges that disabled people face and the impact this can have on individuals and their support networks.

Phoebe has experience of sitting on a Board of Trustees and working with organisations such as Paralympics GB and Oxfordshire County Council on projects where lived experience is central to the work.

Phoebe looks forward to working with organisations ready to enhance their knowledge and understanding around the importance of, and benefits to disability inclusion, through listening to those with genuine lived experience.

Outside of Threedom and Phoebe’s day job as lead for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion for a local charity, Phoebe is a talented Wheelchair Rugby player, currently on the Talent Pathway for Great Britain Wheelchair Rugby.
